    The Role


    The Legal and Business Affairs Coordinator will provide general administrative support and perform a variety of tasks to assist with the coordination of legal and business affairs matters across all departments in the company.


    You will get to:

    • Draft license agreements, amendments and other legal documents from templates;
    • Manage and tracking agreements including entering contract information into status reports;
    • Assist lawyers and contract administrators with contract documentation (e.g. preparing agreements, amendments and letters from templates, arranging for the timely execution and distribution of contracts, and assist with administrative filings with trademark and customs offices worldwide;
    • Create and maintaining well organized filing systems;
    • Provide general administrative support.


    You will be a great fit on our team if you have …

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a legal or administrative assistant capacity and experience managing or drafting standard form legal contracts;
    • Experience working in the Intellectual Property field a plus;
    • Excellent drafting, organizational and time management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple complex, confidential files;
    • Ability to work easily with changing priorities, timelines and processes;
    • Strong ability to prioritize workload and problem solve;
    • The ability to be adaptable and provide excellent service to internal clients;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate.
