    • Works with Sales Executives to determine upcoming client needs.
    • Negotiates with client to work out technical delivery needs and delivery dates and ensures all agreed delivery terms in the contracts are met in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with the Localization team to access and create foreign versions when contract requires.
    • Manage the scheduling and delivery of all broadcast deliverables using either internal resources or an outside lab, keeping in mind quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Responsible for the delivery of publicity and support materials for all sales contracts, this can include metadata, custom artwork, closed captioning and audio description.
    • Accountable for ensuring any additional legal or financial documents are delivered to the client as required by the sales contract in a timely manner.
    • Resolves any delivery related issue that arises from any client in the assigned sales executive’s territories including but not limited to, missing materials, technical rejections, and small project requests.
    • Oversees special projects (both internal and external) that include deliverable requirements and appoints to other departments as needed.
    • Maintain meticulous records of all deliveries following departmental protocols for quarterly and yearly audits
    • Updates rights management database with all completed delivery date and sends information to accounting as required.


    • Post-secondary education in a media-related subject, or equivalent experience
    • A/V technical knowledge, including familiarity with video formats and frame rates strongly preferred
    • Knowledge of file transfer software or collaboration platforms (i.e. Aspera Faspex) preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
    • Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail
    • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, with minimal supervision
    • Bilingual or multilingual an asset
