    The Role


    Reporting to the Senior Director, International Licensing, the Licensing Coordinator will assist the Peanuts licensing team in overseeing all aspects of day-to-day licensing business for international markets.


    • Responsible for maintaining and updating centralized files for all International-related documents and materials (i.e. spreadsheets, contact lists, charts, creative, etc.)
    • Act as liaison between international team members in New York, California, and Hong Kong
    • Coordinate flow of information to/from agents including, but not limited to: decks, social media stats, publishing materials/shipments and overall brand updates
    • Possess full understanding of the business objectives and coordinate flow of information with agents
    • Work with all territories to help maintain relationships with existing agents
    • Renewal due diligence in terms of overall partnership including product assessment, financial status, etc.
    • Assist the International team in preparation for business trips and trade shows
    • Work to provide materials to Agents in order help with category specific pitches
    • Manage flow of the Digital Asset Library and access when needed
    • Other duties as assigned


    • 2+ years business experience in a related position
    • Expert proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Intermediate Excel experience (basic formula and charts)
    • Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Must have strong follow-up, organizational and time management skills
    • Foreign language skills and licensing industry experience considered an asset
